/01 — Frame

Down-the-line or face-on

Place the phone at hip height, 8–10 ft away, perpendicular to your target line. Both frames work — the AI picks the right plane geometry for each.

/02 — Light

Avoid backlight

Keep the sun behind the camera. Even, diffuse light gives the pose model the cleanest silhouette and the most accurate keypoint fit.

/03 — Capture

Lock focus, frame the whole swing

Tap-and-hold to lock exposure. Include 1 second before takeaway and 1 second after follow-through so the model has a full motion arc to fit.
